Welcome to the Flo & Seb wellness planner.
We are a mother and daughter team who love a good planner. Tracking our health and wellbeing journey helps to keep us motivated and on track with any fitness/weight loss regime we follow but health and wellbeing is more to us than fitness and weight loss, it is about looking after both our body and mind - our overall wellbeing.
We found we were using 3 different planners to track these areas (one for exercise and food intake/weight loss, one for wellbeing and another for weekly meal planning and shopping lists), this was how the Flo & Seb wellness planner was born, during the COVID-19 pandemic, and from the need to have just one planner that combined all three.
This wellness planner has been created and designed to help you manage and maintain your overall wellbeing, it’s for both the body and mind. It’s not just another planner, Flo & Seb’s concept is to focus on all areas of wellbeing, helping you to structure your day and support you in achieving your wellbeing goals whether that is supporting your mental or physical health.
You will find daily wellbeing logs, weekly relaxation pages and mindfulness colouring pages. For those who are following any weight loss plans or who just want to monitor their weight, there are daily food and exercise logs alongside weekly weigh in/measurement pages. The weekly meal planners and shopping lists will aid anyone on a weight loss journey or simply help those who like to be organised and keep on top of budgets. Keeping to our concept, the content of each planner is the same but we have some fabulous front cover designs to cater to everyone's individual tastes.
